We finally got our film developed and I thought I’d share some pictures with you all. This was our first attempt at shooting with a film camera, using an old Minolta X-370 with a 35-70mm lens. It was so refreshing to take a photograph without being able to analyse every shot afterwards.
We’re still figuring out the lighting aspect, and even though the light meter guides you to a certain extent, some photos were very blown out, and others were a different tone completely. That being said, even the worst photo looked artistic; I don’t know what it is about taking pictures on film but the colours and textures are so much more interesting than on digital.
